Community conduct and messaging

Community discovery is optional. Direct networking currently serves adult players whose date of birth has been confirmed on their player record and approved team coaches or managers. Accept a connection before chatting. Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, impersonation, unlawful material or content you have no right to share. Use the report and block controls to raise concerns.

Authorised moderators can review reported message evidence and suspend community access. Scouting boards describe verified statistical performance within a competition and season; they do not promise recruitment, scholarships or professional contracts.

1. Using this website

FACKTS Hoops provides basketball competition information, event and player records, media, and ways to contact our team. By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and to respect other visitors, players and organizers.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access another person's account, submit misleading information, impersonate anyone, scrape personal contact details, or upload content you have no right to share.

2. Profiles, results and event information

Scores, schedules, statistics, standings, player and team profiles may be updated as organizers or the FACKTS team confirm information. They are provided for information and may contain errors or changes; contact us if you spot a correction.

A public player or team profile does not, by itself, represent a verified contractual relationship, recruitment offer, endorsement or eligibility determination.

3. Bookings, partnerships and contractor enquiries

Submitting a coverage request, partnership enquiry, contractor expression of interest or contact form starts a conversation only. It does not confirm pricing, availability, employment, selection, a booking or a contract.

Event scope, timelines, fees, usage permissions, cancellation terms and deliverables must be agreed separately in writing by the appropriate parties. Do not rely on a website estimate or form acknowledgement as final confirmation.

4. Content and permitted sharing

Website text, artwork, photographs, video, logos and other materials belong to FACKTS or their respective owners and are protected as applicable. You may browse and share ordinary links to public pages. Do not commercially reproduce, resell or remove attribution from site content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you submit material for a profile, event, enquiry or feature, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Public use of photographs, video or other creative material should be agreed with the team before publication.

5. Privacy and younger participants

Our Privacy Notice explains how website and enquiry information may be handled. Do not send national ID numbers, medical records, financial credentials or other sensitive documents through public contact forms.

If you are submitting information about someone under 18, involve their parent or guardian and use an appropriate authorized contact channel. A public form is not permission to publish a child's personal details.

6. External platforms and site availability

Some links open independent services such as WhatsApp, social platforms or video hosts; their terms and privacy practices also apply. We may update, correct or temporarily suspend website services when needed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Questions and changes
